Default bigger tire for 98 dodge 4x4

What size tire could I run on a stock height 98 dodge 4x4 with stock wheels that would be closeer to maybe a 33? Right now its on 245/75/16s and I'm looking to go bigger but not sure what will fi on stock rims at stock height

I switched to 235/85/16 years ago, it's a smidge taller and skinnier. I think you can go to a 305 or 315 without any suspension work.

I think 285/75/16, is as big as you can go with factory wheels.
