it all started with the truck not starting. I replaced the primer pump & the truck wouldn't stay running. The truck had very low fuel pressure, I pinched off the return line & truck stayed running at 45lbs of pressure. So I replaced the overflow valve, now I have 30lbs of fuel pressure & truck will run for a few minutes then sputter out. Fuel pressure still at 30lbs when truck shuts off. Any ideas would be most helpful for a 1996
