Id have to say pepper cheese. not pepper Jack. I like it when pepper cheese is made with American cheese. Shullsburg to be exact. Next would have to be smoked cheddar.

Im gonna have to get some of that brand never had it. So far aged cheddar is where its at

 

Oh god, where to begin? I guess my favorite everyday cheese would be one from New Zealand called Monterrey. Kind of a cross between colby and cheddar. Great with cold meats, pickled onions, bread and BEER!!!
But otherwise, camembert, (sp?) brie, smoked anything, and bleu! ... yeah, I'm a sucker for cheese.

 

I just went on the tillmook website. I entered there cheese IQ test. I got a perfect which put me in a drawing for a big **** cheese basket. I guess will have to wait.
