yes!

 

I helped install one in a friends pickup when we did a d60 swap and I was amazed at the difference. You can still feel the road but its more like you float over bumps. You don't have that huge shock when you hit a bump

I'm sure you can find an axle on craigslist for a decent price!! Id say go for it
