I just put in my new tc and it seemed fine at first but not even a minute into driving it, the truck wont move until I floor it and it barely even moves, feels like I got no fluid but the dipstick says its full. I dont know what to do. HELP

Maybe your tc doesn't have any fluid in it. Did you try running the truck with the trans in neutral for a few mins?

Yeah I had it in neutral and filled it up, even left it in neutral for a little while just to be sure, I dont know maybe ill have to pull the tc and send it back for another, but who knows if it will happen again or not. this is killing me its my daily driver too.

my truck did something like this when i replaced my tc and valve body. Called the dealer after i installed them and i was told to replace the governor sensor, lock up and od solenoids. i called around and sure enough 9 out of 10 said to replace these first then go from ther if there still is a problem. They all had said its pretty common for these to go bad. Put them in and everything is fine now. Part #K22954B PATC 46RE 47RE 48RE Transmissions, Performance Transmission A518, 518 Converter
