Default Diesel klean in carpet

Well the other night the bottle of diesel klean i had riding on the back floor mat in a walmart bag decided to spill over, now my whole truck smells terrible, ive tried carpet cleaner and auto frebreeze and cleaned it multiple times i just cant get the smell out, wanted to know what yall would recommend to get it out? It does upset me though that they cant sell the product in a water tight container im gonna call them and give them an ear full about this one!

Try some V8 juice, rub it in real good on the spill area then pour a glass of cold water on it soak up all the water, then vacuum it ( recommend a shop vac ) once thats done the red stain and the smell should be gone. fabreze as needed shouldnt need to but!!!

Citrol. It's a really strong citrus degreaser (extremely flammable). It's $10 a can though.
