10-32 screw hole in back for mounting options and theft deterent. Pocket machined in the back for a plastic window and a LED so "Cummins" will light up. Plastic insert and RED LED included.

Raw: cleaned and de-burred, but not polished - $40
Black: Anodized a flat black. - $45

If someone is willing to let me borrow their hood emblem on a 3rd gen (2003-2005), so I could pull dimensions off and get started, I would give them one for free.
