adjusting the waste gate for more boost?

i kno with the turbo on th2 94 idi 7.3l the waste gate can be adjusted to get more boost. can that b done on the turbo on my 2000 7.3l??

i dont know i dont have a boost gauge. what should they be?

17-20 psi stock.

I'm not sure about the Wastegate adjustment, so I'll let someone who knows answer that...
