I would say 200, as long as the transfer pump can keep up. I'm going to drop 150's in soon.

Who said 100-120? SO vp's are good for a pretty solid amount of power. And a modded VP usually doesn't gain you much if anything anyways. Make sure you have enough fuel supply to the VP and you will be fine. SO pumps have been known to reach well into the mid to upper 600's on fuel only.

he told you wrong. Ive got 150 hp injectors in my 99 with a stock output Vp44, Ive had them supplied with a fass pump. I've had these injectors in my truck for close to 100,000 miles on them, not a single problem with them and they do make what they claim to on the dyno, actually more than what they claim. Ive got a buddy that lives down the road from me running 240hp rated injectors on his with a stock output vp44. Keep the VP supplied and you'll be fine for roughly 600-650 hp. I'd be more worried about your EGTs and transmission when running big sticks.

Sounds like hes trying to push their modified VP.

Thanks for the info. I am on a tight budget who makes the best injector for the price? I will spend around $600 for 150 sticks.

You can always throw up a thread in the Price Quote section. I am very happy with the results, and price of my Fireballs. Luke at Diesel Dawgs can set you up with those.

I think anything above 250hp you will need to look into a monter pump or dragon fire pump, but they dont last long. Kind of a joke, if you ask me. I've been running 150's for two years and never a problem and 125's before that.

Not a joke at all if you buy a good one. I have 55,000 miles in less than 3 years on a Scheid Lighning Pump with no problems. Made a huge diff in power. Before I installed the Adrenaline my 02 made 453HP 1001TQ with an Edge JWA.

Im talking about a Monster Pump and you are talking about a HotRod VP44. Two completely different things. There almost isnt anything wrong with the HotRod pumps.
