so..... IF there wasn't any frame damage i guess you could get away with re-body-ing it with a body with a clear title and letting it ride..... at least that is how easy it is down here.....

seems to me to re-cab it would be easier than removing the motor trans and axles, all the wiring for the computer and trying to make it work in another vehicle when you can make the cab work with the existing motor, trans and wiring. heck you can install the interior in the older cab with ease, IRC ford hasn't really changed the basic design of their cabs since 1999?

i know i could find a cab with a clear title easier and cheaper than i could find a good looking truck with a blowed up motor and a clear title..... just saying....
