Question Has Ford sent y'all something in the mail?

I got a letter in the mail from Ford saying they want to reflash my PCM but I haven't had any problems. Any one else got one of these and should I take it in. I really don't want to take my Spartan off and put my exhaust back on.

Call the dealer w/ the service code and find out what they're gonna do.

I recieved a letter, and it said they wanted to do a software update to help with the diagnostics. Supposed to help catch smaller problems that lead to more expensive repairs. I remember it saying something about water in fuel and some other stuff. They probably just forgot to make it save a log any time there is water in the fuel so they can deny your warranty :/. I dont know for sure, my buddy just got burned by Dodge for "fuel contamination", so im a little on edge. One would think that the fuel filtration system would be designed to filter out contaminents. I operate equipment and i have never seen a machine go down from injector problems, but I DO have machines go down with the fuel filter plug up on occasion. (the fuel filtration system actually doing its job)

I recieved the letter too. My truck is dpf deleted and H&S tuned. Im opting not to take my truck in , no sense in that because they will merely retune making me have to redo the dpf and H&S again.

I received a letter, I had the truck in for a oil change and they fixed a "recall" on it and now it is throwing codes at me every day. I will have to go back in and have them fix that problem now.

I took my truck back to Ford and they did a reflash and she has stopped giving me codes. I guess the first flash they did didn't work right or something.

I am happy now.
