is it on the road with the chip in it? i would take that chip back and make them buy you that pcm they must have done something wrong when they were making the chip.

my chip is in it seems how its my pcm, but i told him to call them about it, but we also could've fried it by static electricity, unlikely but still possible

Were the keys in the ignition or the ignition not completely in the OFF position?

Did you overclean your contacts or not clean them enough?

Even if you over clean the PCM it will still run without the chip. Static can kill them, but it is EXTREAMLY rare.

I have never even unhooked the batterys when installing chips, just key out of the switch.

Very weird!

That is weird..

Can he send the PCM and the chip back to PHP and have them test both to see what the issue is?
