Default hid headache

i ordered a hi/lo beam hid 6000k kit from hidgeeks.com. im having a issue and there customer service is non existent. called the 800 number for 2 days now and its constantly busy. anyways my problem is i hooked the kit up and had the flicker on and off and a lamp out light. in their instructions it says to get a hid resistor or a bulb out warning module, witch i figured i might as well order from them, they call it a error cancellor. hook it up and the same problem. anyone have any ideas or should i just cut my loses and toss the damn thing in the trash and by a decent hid kit.

I got the balest's and the bulbs. Its got a power and some grounds. The error cancellors hook up to the ballast's. Its all hooked up right. Pretty simple plug ins. I don't know what the problem is.

look up the hid factory in houston texas they sell a very nice harness that hooks to the batery through a relay and then you tap your head light wire it still uses the factory switch but bypasses all factory wiring thats what i had to do on mine cuz i had the same problem

If you can't figure out whats wrong with them I would toss them and buy a better set. My brother and I bought ours from ddmtuning.com and the quality has been great, and they are BRIGHT, I bought my high/low beams and the whole kit including shipping was $86.00. I would highly recommened them. Hope this helps you out.
