Heard alot of different oppinions, but, out of everyone i have talked to, the general concensus in the PPE kit. me personally, i have PPE on my wish list. but i am going to buy the whole trans, WHY? well i dont want to f with pulling the stock trans and then tear it apart and have my truck down for a week or so (i have a job and wife and kids, i get like 3 to 5 hours a day to tinker after that i get yelled at LOL) so i just want to open a crate, yank my trans, and throw the new and improved in. (est down time, 2 to 3 days) but the built trans comes with everything from the deep pan, torque converter, all the internals put together, and even the filters and such. i think the only thing it doesnt come with it the trans fluid

A PPE full trans is 5900 for my truck. i only have the 5 speed though. the 6 speeds are (depending on what you want the trans to handle HP/TQ wise) the same price as far as the site goes.

I'm going with Suncoast whenever I put a trans in my DMAX. I had one in my Cummins I sold last year and it was the best thing by far I bought for that truck, although it was expensive but worth it. Plus I'm only like 3hrs from Ft. Walton Beach, FL were Suncoast is located at.
