What kind of mileage are you getting? Fuel mileage really depends on how you drive... Adding a chip might get you an extra 1-2 mpg but its not going to double it...

The first I have noticed, is your trucks a heavy 4x4. What size tires are you running? What is you'r gearing at? Do you have a M/T or an A/Transmission? Don't go buying that chip yet. Have you had your truck scanned lately. What is your milage at right now?
To keep track of you'r fuel economy, you can try this site, and see if your truck has been listed. I have imbedded it in this pic

Let me know what you have and We will try and help you!

It is a 350 single wheel, auto, has 315/75r16 tires, 410 gear. Its getting around 11 mpg driving it easy. There are no codes showing up. This thing should be doing better than this. I have been running from 55 to 65 mph.

The first one is for the CPS... Might be worth swapping it out..

The second one is probably a clogged map line or a bad Map Sensor..

Do have the sensor under the intake side of the turbo unhooked? That might be the cause for the last one...

You can also get one for free from Ford if you have not had the recall done.

Clear the codes, drive it some more and see what comes up. Most of those codes are ghost codes that can mean something or nothing. If they come back, then its time to dig deeper.

For now, keep the RPM's below 2000k for your best milage and go from there.

My wifes Excursion gets between 14-16 mpg on 37's. These things are not milage kings.
