'96 Power lock actuators

'96 Power lock actuators
I'm trying to find the lock actuators for the rear doors on my crew cab. Ford says their toast, I think diffrent but want to find spares if I can. Am I stuck with junkyard diving because I refuse to pay the $433 each side for the actuator and install when I can do the work myself. The dealers want from $277-$325 each actuator.
