Default No oil pressure fresh rebuild
hey i need help i just rebuilt the motor in my truck got it put in and no oil pressure brand new oil pump my dad is saying to take it down the road and see if it gets pressure any ideas would be great thanks

What motor and I wouldnt dare run it down the road if you dont have pressuse at idle

its a ford 302 and i just installed a mechanical guage because i thought of it being a guage problem idk if its jst not pumped up enough or wat

How long have u had it running? Didn't you prime the pump b4 you dropped the distributer in? We always do that on new rebuilds.

yea i pumped the oil through i think i forgot a galley plug beind the water pump i will check it out today
