My truck idles or surges when driving and let off throttle but not in park idling can anyone help

I'm dealing with the same problem, It's the fuil pressure regulator. The part is 450.00ish, 4 hr. labor. I'm going to replace mine myself.

No, it is poo89, (fuil rail pressure sensor), on mine. It surges at idle in park and in gear. I was told by my mechanic that it gets scored and sticks allowing to much fuil in the rail, the engine surges as it burns the excesive fuil.

 

I have ordered the fuil pressure regulator and bought it for $230.00! It's a bosch, just like the one frome the dealer. I found the website that gives the info on install.
