Did anyone else think the Daytona 500 was kinda lame? That "pairs racing" was, different.

 

i was glad to see the wood brothers back in victory lane

pretty awesoem to see a kid that just turned 20 the day before the biggest race in nascar come out and win it.

 

I liked the final 20 laps better then all the laps before them, I also can not like the couples racing. It was cool to see the kid win in only his second Winston Cup race.

I was happy to see JR wreck, I never like to see him in the top 10. But before anyone hates on me, my driver of choice wrecked out before JR and ultimately finished below him

 

im a old sr fan but i like jr. i dont like the pair racing at all. if jr. would have won i would still have said that was the worst race i ever watched at daytona. the part that was good was the kid winning in the wood brothers car.

 

I am happy. I agree on the pairs racing being crap. But a win is a win and Drivers of FORD Brought home 1, 2, and 3! Take that Jimmy Johnson!

 

Yea, the rookie winning was cool. But unfortunately for Woods Racing, the car goes into the Daytona museum, don't think they can afford it like the bigger teams.

 

that young man might get a sponsor for them. seems like a nice kid.

 

Just as well, It's safe there. The good ole boy's are going to give this rookie a good lesson plan on who his friends and enemies are. He will do fine.

Well they just overlayed Daytona so it's smooth as hell. the only way everyone could keep up with everyone was to race in pairs. It's only going to happen on the freshly overlayed tracks
