Everything is for a 98 12v:

Turbo and manifold blanket
Billet or laminated flexplate
The brace that braces a stack to the bed wall
A 5 inch rain cap for a stack
Entire Water/Meth kit
Stock injectors for cores.
Long arm kit for 4-6in lift

Maybe: Frame mounted full brush/grill/headlight guard.
Maybe: Entire nitrous kit
Maybe: Aftermarket Cam
Maybe: Larger than stock injector lines
