convert srw to dually
I just recently did this swap. If you can find someone who wants to make a trade the other way, then you just need tools and about 4 hours. You swap wheels/tires, bed and the rear end, and take off the front spacers from the dually. It is really easy to do.
If you cannot find someone to swap with, you can purchase the fenders ( DuallyFendersUSA.com ), then find a rear end from a salvage yard, then pick up a set of wheels. duallyfendersUSA sells a complete kit that uses rear spacers, they work excellently, I have seen several people just go to their kit and not mess with an axle swap, all bolt on.
I may have a pair of mega Cab fenders for sale soon.

Not close enough to just mount up a dually wheel, you will be into the springs with the wheel. The difference between the srw and drw is that the drw has a 2" extension per side to accomodate the depth of the dually wheel, you don't have to change rear ends, you can get a 2" spacer. If you go the spacer route, make sure it is hub centric.
