Default 400 cummins fuel pump

i have a 400 big cam i was wondering about turning the fuel up i now there is a screw in the throttle shaft how much do you need to turn it out and there is a screw below it with a lock nut is this the aneroid how much does it need to be turned out i got a 10 button im goin to put in it tomorow and would like to do some work on the rest of it the truck is weak it wont build but 12 pounds of boost and it dont start boosting untill it gets to 2100 rpms im not even making use of the turbo rely any ideas guys

Isn't a 10 button going to be kinda hot? I heard 8s ran hot enough

a 10 dont let the rack travel as much as an 8 the smaller the number the more fuel delivery you get
