Does it have a Theft(no start) setting? Generic settings? Or custom tuned?

Not trying to sound like an a**, but did you take it off, re-clean everything and try it again? Ensure it's on stock when starting it up? I'm looking at the TS guide I recieved with mine a few years back. While the chip is removed, start it to rule out/verify the chip is actually the problem.

Ya i cleaned it a few times. I got it from advanced diesel and they were supposed to send the supplies to clean it with the instructions and it didnt come with anything but i knew how to install it by learning from all you guys.
