Hey guys , i dont know if u all can help me or not but im trying to upload a new tune .. Well the problem im haven is the NET Framework 3.5 will not load it goes thru the cycles of loading and then nothing , i tryed it on 3 diffrent computers .. The framework 4 will load up no problem i tryed the framework 4 hooked the ubs to the adrenaline it done the scan thing pulled up the serial # and so on and the tune i wanted rigth will after all this i went out plugged it back in turn the key on and the pusle was blank anyone know what happen ???

 

sounds like your tune didnt fully upload or the box rejected it. you should most likely call quad on this their tech guys are pretty good and should be able to walk you through the problem and how to fix it.

Not to steal a thread here but I am having the same issues tried three different computers as well and nothing cant get the tune to load. I have the 3000 tune loaded in it now but my pod shows it on 00 and can not get it to go up in the stages. So took the box out to try to reload the tune to see if that would work and cant get it to load and like the op stated when i select for it to find the serial number off the box it tells me it cannot locate it. Im not sure what i am doing wrong but didnt have any troubles any other time i loaded different tunes on it. Any ideas?

 

have you tryed makein your own tunes by putting all of the same configurations into your monitor as the tune you like? it seemed to work pretty good for me ! the thread caught my eye cause i just sent my PV2 back to quad cause it was freezing up and restarting when i started my truck

 

If you DID figure it out you should share the solution so that anyone on here that has similar issues may be able to be helped by what you did to correct the issue!

 

I just have the regular control pod not the pulse. Just dont know whats up with it I am going to call Quad tomorrow and hopefully get somewhere with them without having to send it in. Was hoping that the OP would chime back in with what he found because sounds like a similar issue.

 

yes i agree its nice to know the solution to any issues that could happen.. but jeremy from QUAD answered the questions i had with a voltage issue i am having with the pv2 so its in for repare once i get a answer for the problem i will post it up!!
