Default Exhaust housing swap

Ok so Ive got a Super HX40 with the 16cm wastegated exhaust housing and I was wondering if I could take the 16cm housing off and replace it with either a 14cm wastegated housing or a non wastegated housing? Also Im fixen to purchase some 150 horse injectors and I was wondering if I would be better off to leave the 16cm housing on or go ahead an swap it for 14cm if possible. I know that the Super 40 really isnt suitiable for that size injector but Im thinking of either using it for a primary in a set of compounds or get a bigger single turbo. Any input is greatly appreciated thanks
