I'm new to THIS forum but it's odd no one said anything since november. If you go to TST's website and click on the PowerMax 3 for the description...they have a pdf copy of the installation instructions. In those instructions it has a troubleshooting guide. But, it also has a section that has you check individual voltages on the powermax3's connector to help you narrow it down even further...

Fill out your sig too, let us know what mods you're running. Do you have an aftermarket lift pump supplying your VP? If not you may not be getting proper fuel supply to your pump.

first off let me ask you some questions,

first do you have all 3 lights on the powermax lighting up? there should be 3, 1 green(fueling, will only light when PM3 is turned on and when its actually changing the fueling of the vp44) 1 yellow( boost connection light, should be lit all the time except when truck is off) 1 red which is the power LED showing you have the box toggle switch on.

If you dont have any of these lights pm me and ill walk you through the troubleshooting steps myself. Im currently working for TST so ill help as best i can.
