I just installed my quad adrenaline. Im playing with the tunes a little. There are so many options its crazy. I have the adr_3000 tune on it. Can someone give me some help with custom tuning it. What are you guys running? What are your parameters set at?

 

No offence but you need to take the 3000 tunes OUT! I dont see a different turbo OR head studs on your list! With the 3000 tunes and the stock hx35 turbo you will have WAY WAY too much drive pressure with those aggressive tunes!! You will then stretch your head bolts... How do i know? Because i did it this summer! 4 months later its back together... Studded and o-ringed block!

Just a warning, im not the only one thats happened to either...

What boost are you running? I was pushing 43psi

 

The highest my boost has reached is 28 lbs. Quad adr with 3000 tune.

 

yeah you can set your wastegate down, i ran the comp tune for a little while with an hx35 and only saw about 28psi, egt's were a little toasty though so i stayed out of the go peddal

 

Did you still have your wastegate connected??

Mine is plugged. I can hit 28psi on stage 1 now that i have the 130 injectors. .

I have a brand new map sensor too! Wow my old one was worse then i thought... it was probably bad before my head bolts let go too... Although its hard to tell. the turbo seems to light faster BUT i did add an ATS manifold and the injectors.

OK. Im having trouble with updating the adrenaline. I thought I had 3000 but I dont. It is still stuck on factory settings. Im still playing around with it though till I can figure it out with the quadzilla guys.
