I just had a demon of a fuel leak
If you have fuel on top on the engine check:
the fuel bowl drain valve, its a yellow valve of the front passenger side of the fuel bowl it is a couple dollar fix, its just an O ring
the fuel bowl itself
or the valve of the driver side of the fuel bowl
If its under the car check the lines, and the fuel pump
most likely its the fuel bowl valve really common problem, if it is I recommend disielorings.com for the kit 6 bucks good service, and the o rings will last for ever

The fuel has to be coming from the top there is no where else for it to come from unless the Quick connects from the frame to motor are leaking. Be sure to check the return lines and the lines that run from the bowl to the heads they are pretty hard to see so you will probably need a flashlight.
check the valley in the middle of the motor under the turbo. if it has fuel in it its most likely coming from the filter housing. my housing was bad and let the cap turn its self open. or if the cap has been removed and put back on theres a possibility that the o ring is bad.
