Default 6.5 stalling

i have a 1994 gmc seirra 2500 6.5 turbo diesel. It cold starts hard but starts then idles fine for as long as i want it to (i have had it idling for about 45 minutes then turned it off) but when i go to drive it after about 1 minute of driving it stalls out and it starts barley but it starts for about 5 seconds then dies again then wont starts and wont start again for a few hours after it has cooled back down. it was a slow problem at first it would feel like it would misfire if i gave it more then quarter throat after about 5 seconds of that so i would have to get off the gas and keep a light foot. after about a month of that it had the stalling problem. i went to a local diesel tech and he said it was the fuel pump cause it wasn't running when i put the truck to on waiting for the glow plugs so i replaced that and the relay. that wasn't the problem so i recently relocated the pmd myself and it didn't change a thing. at has to be some fuel problem but i don't know what exactly it is. the fuel filter isn't clogged i change it every other oil change. any ideas?

i did that but the problem persisted but i feel like something with the fuel pump isnt right but it's either two things as far as i can tell the fuel return line or the fuel injection pump im praying its the return line i have to check it when i get a chance if not im probable going to sell the truck as is i cant afford a injection pump
