Ford 6.0L Radiator is full of Oil...Please Help
Hello, I recently graduated college and could not find any jobs so I went out and bought a 2005 Ford F350 Turbo Diesel Lunch truck so I can make ends meat but yesterday, my first day on the job, I noticed that there was no more oil in the engine and all the oil was in the radiator and radiator reservoir. A non-diesel mechanic told me that it is probably the head gasket but the car does not overheat. Another mechanic told me that it might be the oil cooler. I have no idea and can't afford for mechanics to take me for a ride. Please Help.....Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Someone want to explain how a failed EGR cooler would result in oil being in the coolant?
Oil cooler sounds about right, but usually if that is gone, it means the headgaskets are too or are not far behind.
Definitely get it figured out right away. Search through the 6.0 section and start reading as much as you can.

egr cooler...possible head gasket. 6.0's have that problem alot. my uncle bought a 6.0 king ranch and the head gasket blew at 30,000 miles. if it is the egr, they make an egr eliminator. its about $300 but definatly worth it.

egr cooler/oil cooler?
My guess is that its the egr and/or the oil cooler. I have the same year 6.0 and ive done some reading about this and it starts in the oil cooler, then the egr goes, soon its head gaskets and so on. can u smell antifreeze in the exhaust? i blew a head gasket two weeks ago and my coolant level went down and u could smell it and see the steam, its minnesota. I am putting the arp studs, black onyx head gaskets, egr delete, updated oil cooler, etc. its called the 6.0 solution and if your pushing more than stock hp/torque i would recommend it. I knew that my head gaskets would blow sooner or later because the head bolts stretch and cannot take the increased load when u chip it. My advice is do the same, and dont drive it until its fixed.
