good ol spaghetti and meatballs, chicken and rice, shepherds pie, enchiladas, there's all kinds of stuff. I suggest getting a cookbook and trying out some stuff out of there. Cooking is only as hard as you make it.

Everyone knows women will always eat chicken on a 1st date. So invest in a good baked chicken recipie and you are golden!

With all the great food in Texas I cant believe your asking this. Dont you have a smoker? If I could get the wood you guys have I wouldnt eat anything but BBQ.

Chicken is a better bet than red meat for a date. Women TYPICALLY like to eat light in front of a new man. Learn to make a Ceasar salad too.

ehh, WARNING: never put a salad in front of a woman. You MAY ASK if she'd like a salad. But if you place a salad in front of a woman, she is going to AUTOMATICALLY think you are saying she's fat. ( doesn't matter if she is, or she aint)

P.S. if you don't already know.....women are freakin' retards!

i do some good bbq but when i bbq i make enough food to feed 10 ppl 3 meals each and i refuse to spend 4 to 5 hrs smokin stuff just to feed 3 ppl.

and thanks so far for the ideas. i found one that i really wanna try. deer back strap hollow out center (use it for stew meat later) stuff with ur fav kinda stuffing wrap in uncooked bacon use butchers string to hold it together and grill it
