Default clean oil

I just bought a 2001 duramax 2500 silverado from kernersville dodge a week ago. They changed the oil, so it was clean. I kept checking it every other day to make sure it wasn't leaking and noticed it didn't get dirty. I drained two quarts to add lucas oil treatment yesterday and the oil was full of diesel fuel. My question is ethics. When kernersville sold the vehicle to me, they told me and my brother that I should be satisfied for a full 30 days or they will work with me. Should I make them replace the injectors? What can I do. I spent all my money buying the vehicle and don't have any money to replace the injectors. I fully believe this vehicle was sold with the leaking injectors because the oil never got dirty. Please advise what my options should be. Thank you.

I sure would go back! If you still have the fuel/oil take it with you. They need to know ASAP that there is something wrong, and hopefully they will honor their deal. If not, there is always small claims.

I don't have it in writing, but the saleman mentioned several times that we must be satisfied for 30 days. The truck has 165k miles on it and ran great.

Bring it back... they even advertise the 30 day thing on TV (for new Dodges anyways)... Your talking about $4000 for injectors... no way u should have to pay for that!!! They knew what they sold you...
