Hey, guys I have an 02 lb7 and I am buying a new programmer and I need some help choosing. Can you guys give me some advice on the quality of these two and which model would be best for each brand. I am not trying to be dumb on the road or smoke out intersections, but my brother has a 99 24v and want a programmer that has some smoke to mess with friends and show up my brother. Thanks for the help.

Ok, I was thinking efi but I can't find a shop around me anywhere.

 

Find a good EFIlive dealer and when you buy a setup most will give you two free tunes with it that are safe for a stock tranny. So you would email your stock tune to them after receiving your EFIlive setup and they will email you the tunes back to you.

Or you can buy a pretuned ECM.

buy a programmer not made on the line like superchip, edge, ect. look into special custom programmers such as Spartan , Ts, sct, ect

 

Ya, I think efi is the special tuner for the dmax.
