allison in my ford?

Can I put a 2003 chevy Allison trans in my 2002 Ford f350 super duty with a 7.3 powerstroke?

with enough time, and more importantly, money, nearly anything can be done. It would most likely require a lot of both of these, probably more than it will be worth.

Why do you want to do the swap?

Yes you can! I do not know of any one particular company that does it. I have heard of stand alone computers for the Allison to be mated to a number of power-plant combination.
