Default change oil message?

i know this is a stupid question but.. how do you reset your oil change message from comming on when you start the truck? 2003 silverado.

I know you're looking for a direct answer, but I forgot. Used to have an 04 gasser and it was done on the steering wheel but don't remember the sequence. It did tell in the owners manual.
Someone will chime in soon who is in the know

you need to press the gas pedal 5 times within 3 seconds or vice versa

I believe it's turn key on press pedal to floor 3 times turn key off and that should reset it.

key on 3 pedal to floor in 5 seconds, may take couple times to get reset. have to start engine to see if it reset. floormat may block pedal from full travel.

I too don't remember the sequence, but it is in your owners manual, if you still have yours, I don't, or you could call your friendly stealership. I know I didn't help.
