Superduty 12v tach ?

Superduty 12v tach ?
I still have no tach in the superduty. Fordcummins says to use a ford IDI diesel tach sensor, and I do have the manual for the wiring. I was just wondering if anyone figured out a way to use the stock 93 cummins CPS, if it's possible.
