Back in November I bought a 5" mbrp exhaust and a 5x6" tip from a online store. I got a good price but 3 days after the purchase the send me an email that said that the exhaust was out of stock but they sent the tip. So I'm thinking ok I'll just get it maybe a week later no big deal. But now I still don't have it and every week they say MAYBE they will get it on Monday and then will ship it to you. So they sold me a product that they didn't have, advertised as they had it then took my money. dose that sound like fraud to any of y'all. They won't even cut me a deal for my time or even pay for express shipping what should I do?

 

thats sucks man sounds like a scam to me. I would card your credit card company and see if they will take the charge off. Just explain what happend.

 

It's not a scam it's from a real diesel store but I think it still sucks how they treat their customers.

Thats the problem with buying something online. There are unscrupulous sellers everywhere.

FYI, you can buy just about any part you could ever need from our sponsors. These guys (most of them anyway) are here everyday. They have to deliver the goods and are all about Customer Service. So why not buy stuff from the guys that help bring us this site to hang out on and share info on? At least give them a chance to earn your business.
