i got a 91 D350 and it had a bad oil leak and it got all over the motor, tranny, transfer case, front suspension, frame, and EVERYWHERE!!!!! It's built up with dirt and stuff and reall hard to clean off. Any pointers to cleaning this???????

 

i didnt know d350s came with t cases. Id say whatever you do keep water away from valve covers mine let water under them with just a hose

 

Scape the thick stuf off first, simple green it very well, take long handle brush and start scrubbing, rinse and repeat...

 

Brake cleaner works great, but keep it off plastic and rubber.

 

leave it itll keep er from rusting

 

I have used Gunk engine cleaner in the past, cut through oil fairly well.

 

look for some stuff called oil eater this stuff is amazing
