Nope. The only thing that controls the idle speed/feel on the Powerstroke is the tuning in the computer. We can change it on a chip.

 

Is there a reason you are looking to do this?

Chip or a AIC controler (Automatic Idle Controler) which will run you about $200 or so used.

 

Oops, forgot about that.

 

I believe it's Auxillary idle controller. And it will raise idle but only with the e-brake set and it will raise it to a minimum of 1300 rpm. Are you just looking to raise the every day idle or just for when you want to raise idle for extended periods or warm up etc?
