Arrow Truck Wont Start!! HELP!!

My truck has been acting up for the past 3 weeks. It has been acting really sluggish and whenever i push the gas it hesitates for a little bit then finally goes down the road. I thought it was the lift pump because i got the code for transfer pump out of range. So i change it with a brandnew stock one and its getting about 20 psi of fuel pressure, but the issues didnt go away and the only way it will start is with ether. I will be driving down the road and it will just die on me. I have looked for every possible solution, Apps, Tps, ECU, vp circuit board, i havent tried any of these yet but i dont kow where to start, all of these are gonna cost me alot, so i would hate to be wrong and pay for something i dont need. I havent had time to put a code reader on my truck, i am going to do that this sat. Any info would be appreciated and considered. Please help me out!!

Almost guaranteed to be the VP44 I'm afraid.
Let us know what codes you get when you hook up the code scanner...

Could you be loosing prime or sucking in air? Just a thought of something to check.

sounds like a loose or bad connection. Might happen again though if that was the case.

Yep, sounds like a bad connection or bad ground. It's likely to happen again if not taken care of...
