you could easily build that truck for less than 20K, pick up an old semi and strip the axles and sell them and throw a set of 2.5 Rocks under it (which you can get for about 2K or less in a running duece) with an old set of combine tires from the farm auctions...

 

How about the engine build and toys that go along with it.

 

what engine build, a stock 3406 or N14 would push those tires along just fine....
