P0101 is an Air Mass sensor code. It's the sensor on your intake tube right after the filter housing. It's set by air mass sensor voltage is not within a pre-determined range.
P0181 is the fuel temperature sensor code. The code is set if (@ cold start up) the air mass temp sensor and fuel temp sensor differ by more than 18 deg F.

It's best to test the air mass sensor I can get you the test if you would like. But that being bad will set the code for the fuel sensor.

Air mass is most likely the culprit.

i had the same problem, but i also threw a po380 code.i live in dallas and haul to denver and atlanta on occasion.while in denver i would plug in my block warmer since i was at my sisters house.i sleep in the truck and leave it running in atlanta.i ran truck till all fluids were at operating temps and cleared my codes with my programmer.no more problems or codes.apparently there is no need to plug in till much lower than 20s.hope this helps someone-gunner
