I have the option to buy a 1998.5 24v dodge 3500 dually. its a manual, extended cab and a 4x4. its completely stock with 55,000 original miles. It is a slt laramie......what is this worth? NADA website is acting up right now......its $12,000.00 now but he is very negotiable. I dont know if its worth it or is that a good price? Ive been checking on the net for an hour or so and they range from 5k to 19k...wtf?.....is this a good year?...easy to mod?....reliable? I just want some general information on price and the quality of this year vehicle.

get it! u know its never been tinkered with aand extremely low mileage. hows interior and tires? thats a great deal if u ask me
