KAM code PO603

I was driving up the road the other night and the truck just died I popped it in neutral and shut the key off then started it back up. What would cause this code??

603 is a code meaning the computer lost memory. Its quite common with a programer like you have and doesnt tell you much.

Sounds to me like a CPS issue... Have you replaced it ever?
