if i remember hearing right i think that sledgehammer i think is a v10 or 12 twin turbo'd.. but i could be wrong on the turbo count.

That looks like a 12V71T, maybe be wrong, from the factory they came with 2 turbos.
After watching the first start up video that is exactly what it is.
