Just installed rebuilt E4OD and reverse is weak along with fwd...
I just installed a reman e4od from western transmissions in tacoma and no workey!!
You have to rev it to 2000rpm or so for reverse to engage and the fwd gears arent correct.
it is a 95 PSD 4x4. I put in 16qts of mercon 5 and it is full and still doesn't work correct.
I disconnected both batteries when installing also. Do I need a scanner to read code and possibly reflash??
