ive been chechking everything out on my truck and i think its leading to pump itself.its got 12.49volts goin to it and all plugs are good with a p1689code.the truck also has a edge juice on it its a 1998 dodge and the button to switch mode messed up so i took the wiring and relay and controllor out but i left box plugged in to the motor does anyone think this could be a problem or would it be alright if i left it in there.also is there anyone that could tell me if this code means bad pump or what ive had a couple guys tellin me it is.im just not sure. thanks
