Dose a boost elbow only work if you have a wastegate? i think the moutains of afghanistan are playing with my brain.

yea. the boost elbow keeps the wastegate closed longer. i dont think it would do anything if you dont have a wastegate.

if you dont have a wastegate you dont need a boost elbow
