rack plug
its the plug on the front of the p pump. its what limits rack travel. the 2095 rack plug provides more rack travel but to install it u either grind the timing case or slide the pump back.
max rack travel with the stock plug 19mm
max rack travel with the mack plug 21mm
For the plug to allow the extra 2mm of rack your afc and plate set up will have to allow it.

is that stock rack travel of 19mm on the 160 pump or all the other ones? i put the 2095 plug on my 95 and mod. the afc housing so that the foot got max travel and it made a pretty good difference, i believe you also either have to have the plate ff or no plate to use that much rack travel

oh and on the 160 pumps i heard it allows the pump to change timing as you go thru the rpms, where as the 215 pump already does this. is there any truth to this or did i miss understand something?
