Hi All Please help i have a 02 duramax just had all 8 injectors replaced drove the truck on the highway for 80 miles and now i'm leaking coolent are they connected in any way? it look's like it coming from driver side front about half way up near bottow rataitor hose. Maybe water pump?

 

im no expert, new to diesels but id check all coolant lines and hoses, water pump/seal first hoping that it is nothin major
